Locusts are spreading out, now entering South America. Part of the locust plague in the Bible was that nothing green was left on the trees (Ex.10:15). Is God allowing this for more people to harden their hearts (Ex. 10:16-20)? God hardened Pharoah’s heart in order that He may be glorified (Ex.7:3).
