The Great Day—A Visitation to the False & an Invitation to the Weak
Joel 2:28-32
“And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
I will show wonders in the heavens
and on the earth,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
The sun will be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
And everyone who calls
on the name of the Lord will be saved;
for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
there will be deliverance,
as the Lord has said,
even among the survivors
whom the Lord calls.”
This is the day of God revealing Himself to all the earth. He has, is, and will continue to come among the earth. Many have been deceived into thinking that His Son is coming first but that is not so. God is the King over all things and is still the King of the Kingdom. He must refine His people into purity to prepare them to meet His Son. And then He will hand over the kingdom to Him. But for now, it is God Himself that is on the earth. Every eye will see Him…that is His dealings to release judgments, mercy, healing, deliverance, etc. (
Revelation 1:7). Even those that pierced Him…as God was in the flesh of Jesus His Son and those that continue to walk in sin and pierce His Son have also pierced God, as They are One. The judgments will fall on those that have denied I AM in His Son and in His sons. Even those that have claimed His name but have failed to keep their garments cleansed. Therefore I AM is coming for a people that do not know Him and WILL have people at His great feast (
Romans 9:19-26;
Luke 14:16-24), since those He has come to have rejected His Truth (
Mark 3:28-30). Because you wanted a sign, you adulterous people, your sign has come…the sign of Jonah (
Matthew 12:38-45;
Jeremiah 8:9)! As you have read so many times, even the people that didn’t believe in Me on the boat with Jonah accepted that I was against Jonah (
Jonah 1:12-16), so also will be the sign upon you quickly because you weren’t willing to listen and obey. As this sign will be dreadful to you, but will bring a great fear upon those that I am seeking to repent and change their ways to listen and obey, even unto death. You will go without in your time of need and the shame of your rejection of I AM will be an open exposure for all those to see among you. They will leave you desolate of help because of the great fear of I AM and you will realize your wrongdoing and throw yourself into the raging sea to be tossed for the shaking (
Matthew 23:33-39;
Isaiah 22:12-19;
Jeremiah 5:22-31). In this shaking, you will not see Me to help you and you will learn to understand how I AM to be treated, as whatever you have done to the least one of My own, you’ve done it unto Me and you need to see yourself as I see you in your sin of disobedience therefore I will not answer you until you have seen (
Matthew 25:41-46;
Isaiah 59:2). Because of your idolatry, I say, “Let them save you!” (
Isaiah 57:13). As you have continued to walk in disobedience and have not prepared yourselves for My Son, so I AM must expose you in your nakedness and judge you accordingly. But I will have mercy on those I have chosen for My own and show them who I AM and prepare them for Myself and in My covenant. I will pour out My Spirit to those I have chosen and many of you that believe they have but do not, and continue to walk in their pride, you will be surprised and confounded in what I have done (
1 Corinthians 1:27;
Isaiah 44:24-28). You continue to walk in the world and have rebelliously denied My Spirit, so I will put an end to your foolishness and your wisdom that you have attained in your own ways, without Me.
1 Corinthians 1:20
Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
Hebrews 6:4-8
For it is impossible [to restore and bring again to repentance] those who have been once for all enlightened, who have consciously tasted the heavenly gift and have become sharers of the Holy Spirit,
And have felt how good the Word of God is and the mighty powers of the age and world to come,
If they then deviate from the faith and turn away from their allegiance—[it is impossible] to bring them back to repentance, for (because, while, as long as) they nail upon the cross the Son of God afresh [as far as they are concerned] and are holding [Him] up to contempt and shame and public disgrace.
For the soil which has drunk the rain that repeatedly falls upon it and produces vegetation useful to those for whose benefit it is cultivated partakes of a blessing from God.
But if [that same soil] persistently bears thorns and thistles, it is considered worthless and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.
I will separate the darkness from the Light and I will have mercy on those I choose to have mercy on. To those that I call in this hour, you WILL see a great Light and know Me as I am fully known (Romans 9:14-18), but woe to those that use my name in vain, in their own vain motives, in order to exalt themselves above Me. For God will not be mocked (Galatians 6:7-8).
