Parts of New York trees are turning brown and other parts green…God is speaking. They say it’s the result of Storm Isaias and the salt from the water. Isaias is ‘God is My Salvation’ in Latin. The South side is experiencing the brown aspects of the trees, while the North side is seeing green.
That person will be like a bush in the wastelands; they will not see prosperity when it comes. They will dwell in the parched places of the desert, in a salt land where no one lives.
This is the curse from the Lord (as God uses salt to cleanse things or make ‘sterile’ the land). This curse is the result of people putting their trust in mankind and their fleshly nature (Jer. 17:5). God was reminding them through that storm that, GOD IS YOUR SALVATION.
Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.”
God is about to allow the land of New York, to be parched. Parched means: desolate, ruined, dried up, sometimes under heat. They will not see the prosperity of the Lord which is Him. However, those that have put their trust in the Lord (like some that are in the North), will not fear when the HEAT COMES.
“For he will be like a tree planted by the water, That extends its roots by a stream And will not fear when the heat comes; But its leaves will be green, And it will not be anxious in a year of drought Nor cease to yield fruit.
