Over the last few days the Lord’s been speaking the words, “Dark horse.”  This is in reference to a coming famine.

Rev. 6:5-6   When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

This goes along with the recent word out called, “Treasure.”

The trials are coming and one of them will be the coming famine.  People that are being tried in the hour of testing will have to endure the famine coming, being led by the Holy Spirit.  If not, they will not endure it.  I also got regarding this, Matthew 25:8-10:

8 And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.

‘BUT GO TO THOSE WHO SELL, AND BUY FOR THEMSELVES…’ (v 9)…this is in regards to the marketplaces, where the famine will be.  Again, where your treasure is (if its in the things of this world, than that’s where your heart will be AND have to go for your help).  Those that have put their trust in God, will be taken care of by God in their times of need because He is their treasure (Prov. 24:3-4).  The ones who buy and sell for themselves are the people going to the world and its ways of help, and put their trust in that.  So, when the famine comes in the marketplaces…God will show up for those that have truly put their trust in Him, for them, but as for the others that have put their trust in the world and its system, they will HAVE to receive the ‘reward’ that comes with that…they’ll be in need.

The oil of His people IS Him, by His Spirit.  The oil of those that have agreed with the world have become adulterers, their oil is of this world AND they will not be able to afford its price; as IT will consume all that they have….hear what the Holy Spirit is saying.
